Gratitude Challenge Day 6
Encouragement: Gratitude helps change your inner dialogue. That tape you play in your head? Gratitude can change that. We can go from grumpy to grateful if we practice seeing the gifts instead of the grime. And when we change our thoughts, we can change how we feel, we can change our view of ourselves, and we can change the world around us.
Challenge: Go on a ten minute Thankful Walk by yourself. As you go, tell God what you are thankful for today. Have kids? Trade with another mom for ten minutes each or with your spouse. Or go on your lunch break. You can do this!
