The Simplified Soul: Positive Affirmations

How we think and what we say to ourselves guides our attitudes, our view, and our narrative. I love speaking life over myself and my kids, even when I feel just the opposite of life-giving. Which given the wintry conditions in Ohio, gray is often the state of my soul. These truths really do change my story of my day, and how my kids see themselves. Let’s simplify the soul by speaking life. Say these out loud to yourself in your car or in the bathroom. Speak life into your soul. Say them to your kids. Say them with confidence. Bring life!
